Shipping Information:
Orders are placed as soon as they are received. Due to your location, or availability of product, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of merchandise. We use UPS as our method of shipping, therefore a street address will be required for shipment.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds and returns are allowed for damaged, defective, and non-defective merchandise. I must be contacted within 1 week of delivery to authorize a return. For information on returning products contact me through the email listed above, or call the number and leave a message. **For non-defective merchandise, product must be in original packing, and there will be a 20% re-stocking fee applied to the refund**. Cancellations are allowed if contacted prior to shipping, usually within twent-four (24) hours. Otherwise, product would need to be returned at buyers cost. Products should be returned in the unopened packaging for a full refund, minus the restocking fee.
